These Terms & Conditions govern your use of reethome.com ("the Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Sooti Lifestyle Private Limited ("Reet", "we", "us").
- Acceptance of terms. By placing an order on this Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund/Cancellation Policy.
2. Products and pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Product colours may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings and the nature of dyed/printed fabric.
3. Orders. An order is confirmed only once payment is received (for prepaid orders) or the order is placed successfully (for Cash on Delivery, where offered). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued for any amount already paid.
4. Payments. Payments are processed through Razorpay and its supported methods (UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available). We do not store your card or banking details.
5. Intellectual property. All content on this Site — designs, product photography, logos, and text — is the property of Sooti Lifestyle Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability. Reet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
