Returns & exchanges

We want every Reet piece to feel right in your home. If it doesn't, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with tags and all pillow covers included.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by us are not eligible for return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. WhatsApp +91 85699 68669 or email care@reethome.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share instructions to ship the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Refund or store credit — your choice

Once your return is approved and we have received and inspected the product, you choose how you would like to be paid back:

  • Full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it in your account.
  • Reet store credit worth 110% of the item value (for example, Rs. 1,100 of credit for a Rs. 1,000 item), added to your Reet account within 2 business days. Store credit can be used on any future order on the Reet website and is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. To use it, sign in with the email address used for your order; the full credit balance is applied at checkout. Store credit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged, defective or wrong items always receive a full refund or a free replacement — store credit is simply an extra option for you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this policy after delivery.
